The Luxnet 1310/1550nm 6G 5pin LC-ROSA (Receiver Optical Sub Assembly) is designed for 6Gbps fiber optic data communication. The application requirements are used to perform through single mode optical fiber. This device integrates with 6g high speed InGaAs PIN chip and trans-impedance amplifier (TIA). Then put in to a TO-46 cap, 5-pin header and LC receptacle. A flex board provides to interconnect from header, which leads to transceiver PCB with control impedance. Moreover, the LC type optical port transmits light into the PIN detector with high efficiency coupling.
