This Luxnet FI5D-9CH4-B12 10G FP Laser TOSA (Transmitter Optical Sub Assembly) with Isolator is designed for 10G fiber optic data communication. The application requirements are used to perform through single mode optical fiber. A flex board provides to interconnect from base, which Flex-board to transceiver PCB with control impedance. The device integrates FP Laser diode with InGaAs monitor which located in the To-can. The product contains low threshold current, but with high performance even at higher temperature rate.
