This Luxnet FIHL-910A-3Dx 4pin 6G FP Laser LC-TOSA (Transmitter Optical Sub Assembly) is designed for 6G fiber optic data communication. The application requirements are used to perform through single mode optical fiber. A flex board provides to interconnect from header, which leads to transceiver PCB with control impedance. The device integrates FP Laser diode with InGaAs monitor which located in the To-can. The product contains low threshold current, but with high performance even at higher temperature rate.
